NetPIM - Bugs: Can't connect to LDAP Address Book

    I just registered for a premium NetPIM account in hopes that I could use the LDAP Address Book. I added a contact to the address book and set up the LDAP configuration in Mac OS X Mail/Address Book with the recommended settings. However, I am unable to connect successfully. I am using Mac OS X 10.5.6 and Address Book 4.1.1. Please advise.

    LDAP SETTINGS
    Name: ldap.netpim.info
    Server: ldap.netpim.info
    Port: 389 (Use SSL and Allow self-signed certificates are UN-checked)
    Search Base: dc=info,dc=netpim,ou=users,uid=benwachtel
    Scope: Subtree
    Authentication: Simple
    User name: dc=info,dc=netpim,ou=users,uid=benwachtel
    Password: mypassword [the one I set up with account]

    The search base and user name fields are wrong, just copy the ones found on your account page ( http://netpim.info/online-pim/user-zone )
